JOB SUMMARY

Manages claims business/functional outsourcing relationships. Maintains service levels, business requirements, the overall relationship , and contract compliance. Ensures claims best practices and audit control. Manages vendors and all related activities that support this responsibility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable, progressive experience.
  • Additional relevant education/certifications, e.g., MBA, CPCU.
  • 2+ years managing vendor delivery teams (implementations) or working with external vendors specializing in claims, management (SUI, CAT, Water Mitigation, Independent Adjusters and property contents).
  • 5+ years of Property or Casualty claims management experience, including project management with complex programs and projects.
  • Vendor cost management and customer service, and experience building out vendor delivery teams.
  • Understanding of IT insurance claim systems (Guidewire preferred) and adapting to business processes.
