JOB SUMMARY

This position provides customer service to agents, policyholders and internal support departments covering multiple lines of business and multiple states in a contact center that utilizes a Cisco based call management system. Provides guidance to agents regarding basic underwriting, coverage and billing issues. Provides technical guidance to agents regarding system issues or navigation of system.

 

Job Requirements

•    Post high school education with stable work experience
•    Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
•    2 years related administrative or customer service experience
•    Property & Casualty experience preferred
•    Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients and internal contacts in a professional and courteous manner
•    Excellent keyboarding skills and strong organizational skills
•    Capability to multi-task and prioritize work

Preferred Hours are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm but may be flexible.
