Job Description

Job Summary: 

Responsible for implementing and maintaining assigned insurance data requirements for automated and manual programs to meet MSA and client management reporting requirements, insurance agencies and insurance departments.  Verifies correctness of detail data for new or revised insurance data changes within assigned system prior to live production.  Monitors assigned insurance product lines, programs and guidelines. Reports perceived irregularities to supervisor when encountered.

Role Education and Experience Requirements:
-Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
-Minimum 2 years experience in related work and/or property and casualty insurance
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to think logically and perform in a timely manner.
-Ability to effectively operate personal computer with related spreadsheets and proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Technical Writing/Documentation - Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for design and development of paper-based and on-line technical reference documentation (guidelines, standards, procedures, processes, applications, etc.)
-Requirements Analysis - Knowledge of activities, tasks, practices and deliverables associated with eliciting and clearly defining and documenting required business functionality as well as non-functional requirements.
-Specific Application Systems - Knowledge of major application systems and sub-systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients.
-Property and Casualty Insurance - Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, market segments and marketplace.
