Job Summary: Conducts strategic, financial reporting, operations and compliance engagements.

Types of work include:
• Prepares audit plans and programs that support audit objectives for a full range of business application and information system audits. Work may include one or more support persons from Internal Audit/ other functional areas using traditional and/or a variety of methodologies, including but not limited to FSA/CRSA.
• Efficiently, concisely prepares and documents work papers supporting findings and adheres to MSA best practices.
• Develops and utilizes audit conduct, report drafting and written communication techniques to produce high quality results and consistent buy-in and commitment from management with minimal, if any, direction.
• Conducts compliance-related examinations and related activities in accordance with MSA best practices.
• Consults with other areas to understand key business risks, risk management and other issues on more complex/important issues. Utilizes knowledge of the business/industry and various risk assessment and control analysis techniques to assist other functional areas in improving results.
• Develops and guides the implementation of MSA best practices. Sets standards and tone for best practices


  • The successful candidate will have a bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 2-5 years of auditing, finance, public accounting experience or equivalent work experience preferred.  
  • Prior IT auditor or insurance industry audit experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of audit and accounting principles, standards, techniques and procedures is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • TeamMate software experience is preferred
  • ACL and/or TeamMate Analytics  Experience is preferred.
