We currently have an opening for a Information Technology Project Manager, working in our Jacksonville, FL headquarters location.  

In this role, you will:
  • Manage multiple, high-profile strategic IT projects.
  • Manage projects focused on the delivery of a wide range of technology solutions including but not limited to policy administration system sun-setting, new corporate application. development, browser upgrades, firewall upgrades, networking and architecture modifications.
  • Perform detailed project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Perform and document thorough impact assessments.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to minimize impact to successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee contractor resources assigned to project tasks.
  • Establish and manage detailed project budgets.
  • Coordinate activities with all stakeholders for business requirements, reference architecture, functional design documents, test plans, and transition plans.

Role Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Programming or other related Technology field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.  PMP in-flight acceptable.  Specifiy PM Certification # on resume.
  • Minimum 5 -10 years of technical IT project management experience.
  • Capable of Delivering results with resources in multiple locations, including offshore.
  • Experience using Innotas and Plan View Tools.
  • Experience with property & casualty insurance a plus.
  • Scheduling and budgeting experience at a project and program level.
  • Ability to work independently on multiples tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and team orientation.
  • Robust public-speaking aptitude.
  • Advanced customer service skills, especially as related to successful deployment process.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including resource allocation within MS Project.
  • Ability to maintain composure, exercise good judgment and act in a professional manner when challenged.
