JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the regions and other functional areas (including combined results, aggregators and complex CIAs). Primary Field Operations lead on all reporting and data issues with Finance and IT. Maintenance, creation, education and promotion of COGNOS reporting throughout Field Operations. Provide high level monthly budget variance reports to Head of Field Operations and Regional Presidents. Assist with identifying drivers of negative variances throughout year. Responsible for solicitation of customer surveys and analysis of feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have a college degree in related discipline and 4+ years of experience in the market analysis or related activities in the property and casualty industry.

Solid research, analytical and quantitative skills. 

Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Strong property and casualty product knowledge.

Strong data management and software skills. (Excel/Access)
