Administers, interprets and controls the compilation of statistical, financial, and competitor information to assist management in the pricing of existing and new property/casualty products.

Job Summary:  Plans, organizes and supervises the resources for the day to day processing and maintenance of insurance policies, for personal lines in multiple states including all related transactions and functions for MSA Group Insurance. Supervises employees within the assigned unit with accountability for performance management, career development, and the achievement of established goals. Provides leadership and administrative support while creating an environment that promotes effective communications and a collaborative team environment. Responsible for managing the unit's quality and productivity results, monitoring training programs and to ensure their effectiveness, adhering to established service level standards, timely completion of reports and assigned projects, and delivering a high level of customer service and responsiveness.   Role Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferable 
  • Additional education or insurance certification/designation
  • Minimum 3 years experience in insurance operations with some supervisory/management responsibilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate, handle multiple talks, meet deadlines and delegate work effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as database applications
