JOB SUMMARY

Plans, organizes and supervises the resources (manpower and equipment) for the day-to-day maintenance of insurance policies, for all personal and commercial lines in multiple states and all related transactions and functions for MSA's Integrated Customer Solutions (ICS) department. Ensures key technical and training support to the department. Provides leadership and administrative support to staff. Creates an environment that promotes an “open book” management style.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•    Post high school education including insurance certification/designation
•    Bachelor's degree preferable
•    Progressive job experience including administrative and leadership responsibilities; supervisory experience preferred
•    Minimum 3+ years of work experience in insurance operations
•    Effective oral and written communication skills
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Ability to prioritize, negotiate, handle multiple talks, meet deadlines and delegate work according to established guidelines
•    Proficiency in PC skills, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
